Zab. Suuuper, Suuuuper Zab. Suuuuper, Suuuuper Zab, super Zabaleta
Absolute warrior. Still a brilliant player and fit as a fiddle. MOTM today, and bar Utd away has been one of our best performers in every game this season. 9/10 our free transfer have been dogshit, but Zabaleta is still a class act. I think he's going to fast become a fans favourite

He has indeed been excellent. Competitive, total commitment, still a great defender. Will probably struggle to go on for more than another season after this but we are lucky to have him.
Wins almost all challenges, intercepts, passes accurately, gets forward too.
A level of quality we do not have in most positions.
Hope my praise does not represent the proverbial "kiss of death" :-)

Not in decline, great engine, Clever technical player. Makes you realise how good Man City are to let him go.
Also, Hernandez does a lot of work off the ball, always looking for a pass but don't seem to get it, maybe that will change with Lanzini

He's def not been 'poor' but if anyone believes, and I know we are desperate for some players to worship, that he has been on some kind of different level they are also talking bollocks. You can see that he's in decline now, but still good enough for us right now.

He's a bit of an old fashioned defender, and a bit of fist pumping and growling always helps win over the fans affection.
He's clearly been a good player to last that long at City, but agree he is limited, I don't see that much technical ability there, but he makes up for it in effort.

To be fair we knew that we were getting a really good professional as evidenced by the Man City fans still holding him in high esteem. Most of the argies seem to take pride in giving value for money and Zabaleta looks to be an asset as a player and example setter for the squad.
